Arbitrators mostly do not meet with parties and they meet when both parties are present prevent them from ambiguity.  Arbitrators are facilitators and do not give any suggestion to any party separately. They note down positive points and ignore negative points to reach an agreement. Arbitration is a process which is used to solve the problem with equal benefits of both parties.
